I have worked several years as a business consultant. A good sign is that I still enjoy the role and and often asked to return for follow-on assigments. Being a consultant means having a clear mandate on the task at hand, yet flexible on the executional task.  This means that in order to satisfy the customers needs; multi tasking, empathy, displaying initiative and project focus are some of the necessary key skills I have.

As a change consultant my creed is to find clarity in complex business environments, by addressing key issues and co-creating a clear and streamlined framework for transition or crisis situations.

In order to achieve a sustainable change culture, key employees are trained in how to foster change. In addition the systemic approach to learning cycles within companies is applied to ensure creation of best practices.

With over a decade of experience in Interim Management, I enjoy taking responsibility for interim operational roles. Setting up a new business platform within challenging environments is something that I excel at. The bottom line is to make sure the business is humming and optimised where necessary. Part of the package is an intensive on-boarding training for the incoming successor, to ensure sustainability.
