Case Studies

Kelvion

Talent Development

Tim Has coached 2 cohorts of global talents in 2022 & 2023 through an intensive 12 month Leadership Development program at Kelvion, with the 3rd cohort starting in March 2024.

He uses the 4X1 week Face-2-face training sessions and individual online coaching on demand, to support their personal development goals and team development needs. Each year the cohort is given an internal project dealing with an actual project within Kelvion and is prepared for a dragons den presentation to CXO level at years end.

Working hand in hand with HR Learning and Development, the result continues to be truly amazing, with development on an individual and team level.

Supporting in-house academies is one of Tim’s strengths, dealing with a young talents hungry for knowledge is immensely satisfying due to the steep learning curve and the open curiosity to learn new methods and mindsets.

Bank Austria Unicredit

Change Management

Over a period of 4 years tim led the change management team on behalf of Bank Austria into UniCredit Business partners for the integration of back office processes and communication in a PanEuropean project.

Using fortnightly workshops, he succeeded in transferring a positive change message out to the Austrian and regional teams creating a framework for communication and inter-action within the teams.

The ongoing workshop culture meant that there was a tremendous amount of continual knowledge transfer. Which coupled with the UniCredit’s roundtable discussions, involving non-management employees in creating companywide initiatives for change.
Selected ambassadors, change agents.

Pepsico

Interim Management

Tim came on board in Prague as a financial consultant setting up the new bottling plant and distribution systems in the Czech Republic. During a 4 year period, he migrated through the ranks till he was responsible for Moldavia and South Ukraine in setting up the regional franchise.

As interim Country Manager, Tim created a viable business and a strong local team. Given the responsibility to represent and develop Pepsi in Moldavia, Transnistria and Southern Ukraine, he developed the  business model, hired and trained the team, and supported the greenfield production site. With a glocal focus, the end product and image were to high Pepsi standards as well as adapting to the local Ukrainian market.

I really enjoyed the challenge of building a business entity in such underdeveloped but potentially rewarding markets. To have to think outside of the box daily, meant that success was based on a functioning team and excellent execution of the business model.
